About This Event
Join us to celebrate the near completion of Blue2, the first certified Passive House in CA. Blue2 will also be LEED certified and GreenPoint Rated. This shall be a mixer of the USGBC REC, Passive House CA and Build It Green, as well as other organizations. The architect and builder shall present a short technical overview of what makes this a Passive House, followed by Prudence Ferreira and Kevin Beck, who will discuss the relationship between LEED, GreenPoint Rated and Passive House.
