Connection Project
Green Zebra donates a portion of 2007 guide proceeds to the Conservation
Connection Project (CCP). The CCP offers a hands-on environmental
science program to underserved San Francisco public grade school
students who have limited exposure to natural areas. The organization
brings students and their families on a series of theme-based
field trips to natural park sites near their schools, culminating
with an overnight stay at the SFUSD Environmental Science Center
at Fort Funston. The program encourages students to appreciate
natural beauty within their communities and to play an active
role in preserving the environment. For more information about
