money and help the local economy when they redeem their GreenZebra passes. They will also appreciate the guide's educational content.

Our fundraising program is easy and rewarding.

  1. High Return. Earn $10 for each $25 GreenZebra guide sold.

  2. No Risk. Pay only for guides you sell.

  3. No Upfront Costs. Pay us after after you collect sales proceeds.

  4. Easy. Fulfillment is simple because you sell only one product.

Your organization can distribute the 2010 GreenZebra guide at events, online,
or by giving each student or member a sample guide to show around, collect orders, then distribute copies to friends, family and colleagues. Use one method
or combine them to maximize fundraising opportunities.

Fundraising Options

There are three ways for schools to raise money by selling the GreenZebra Guide. Use one method or combine them to maximize fundraising opportunities. In each case, you earn $10 for every books sold, and the 9.5% San Francisco sales tax is already included in the $25 price.

  1. Online

This method is practically effortless, as we take care of all the fulfillment and administrative duties for you. GreenZebra provides a sample blurb for your website or email newsletter that contains a link to our website. Your school will be credited for all purchases made after supporters reach our website through this link. Additionally, GreenZebra provides you with a unique code so that buyers who visit our website directly are still able to let us know that they would like your school to receive credit for the sale. GreenZebra fulfills all online purchases directly, charging the buy a fee to cover shipping.

  3. Events

Prior to your events, we supply you with copies of the 2010 GreenZebra guide, plus display materials. You collect $25 for each book sold. Return all unsold books in clean, undamaged, resalable condition, along with a single check (or cash) equal to $15 for each book sold.

  4. Download display materials here.

  5. Direct Sales/Student Solicitation

The Direct sales approach requires the most administrative commitment, but often gets the best results because buyers have a chance to see the book firsthand, are are more likely to support the cause due to their relationship with the student selling the guide.

  6. GreenZebra supplies an envelope, triplicate order form and sample book to each person that will be taking orders, which the organization labels and distributes. Students take orders, giving the sample book to the last person on their order form (or returning it if they make no sales). The school tallies order form totals and gives GreenZebra  single check (or cash) equal to $15  for every book sold along with the Green Zebra copy of each order form and the school’s order summary. Green Zebra provides the school with enough additional books to fulfill the orders. The school distributes them to students, who then deliver them to the buys on their order form.
